English Conversational Pairs Needed (Participant or Recruiter)

Role Overview
We are looking for pairs of fluent or native English speakers to participate in a remote conversational data collection project. Your goal is to have natural, unscripted video conversations that will help improve AI communication technology.
Who Can Apply
1. Direct Participants: You can apply as a pair.
2. Recruiters/Partners: If you have access to a pool of English speakers who are reliable and tech-savvy, you are welcome to apply to help us manage and source these pairs.
Task Requirements
1. Nature of Work: Engage in a natural, unscripted English conversation via video call.
2. Duration: Two Session of 31 to 35 minutes
3. Technical Setup: * Must use a front-facing camera with at least 1080p resolution at 30 FPS.
4. No filters, no background blur, and no video editing.
5. Clean, quiet audio environment is mandatory.
6. You must be able to follow strict lighting and environmental instructions to ensure high-quality data.
7. Must be in UK, US, Australia, or Canada
Payment Details
1. Compensation: Payments are based on the duration of the conversation.
2. Rate: For a full 1-hour session, the total payment is $40.00 (approved combined for the pair of speakers/$20.00 for one speaker) with total for 50 pairs = $2000.
3. Payment Structure: For recruiters, payment is based on commission per task successfully completed and approved. You will have access to a dashboard to track the progress and status of your recruits’ sessions in real-time.
