I run a modular home company and I’m ready to replace our patchwork of tools with one cohesive, Cloude AI automation system. The very first milestone is the backbone itself: an AI-driven platform in the cloud that can centralise data, trigger actions automatically and prove its worth with references you have already deployed in the wild.
Once that framework is in place I want the following marketing channels wired in and running on autopilot:
• Email marketing – lifecycle sequences, lead-nurture drips and re-engagement flows
• Social media marketing – scheduled, AI-optimised posts and cross-platform reporting
• Search engine marketing – keyword bidding rules, dynamic ad creation and performance alerts
On the back end everything must sync with our CRM so sales can see every touchpoint, while Google Analytics (or a comparable stack) feeds real-time insights. A full diagnostic of our current website is also part of the scope; I need fixes applied where conversion leaks are found and the results measured inside the same dashboard.

Acceptance criteria
• All automations run without manual intervention for 14 consecutive days
• Data flows bidirectionally between the platform and our CRM
• Campaign metrics show in the dashboard within a five-minute lag
• Documentation allows a non-technical marketer to create a new workflow unaided
