I already have an in-house social-media manager and a bank of professionally shot footage—both raw and previously edited—ready to go. What I’m missing is a creative partner who can run that material through today’s smartest AI tools and deliver eye-catching, high-end project-showcase videos.
Here is what I need from you. Using Runway, Adobe Premiere Pro with Sensei features, DaVinci Resolve, or any comparable AI-powered workflow, craft polished edits that feature the sort of enhanced transitions and custom visual effects that will stop an architect or property developer mid-scroll. The look must feel premium; think sleek motion graphics that highlight materials and craftsmanship, dynamic text call-outs that never cheapen the brand, and colour work that sells quality.
I’ll be distributing each finished cut on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, so aspect-ratio variants (vertical, square, and standard 16:9) will be part of the hand-off. Turnaround is important because we plan to launch the channel soon; give me a realistic timeline and we can move quickly—I’m ready to transfer the footage immediately.
Deliverables (per project):
• One master 60-90 s showcase edit with enhanced transitions and custom VFX
• Platform-specific versions (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) encoded for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Project file(s) and any reusable motion-graphics templates
Acceptance:
• Visual effects are seamless and on-brand
• Audio remains perfectly in sync and levels are broadcast-safe
