AI Voice Agent for Car Dealership – Integration with DealerCenter
Project Description:
We are a used car dealership based in Kansas City, Missouri, and we are looking to build an AI-powered voice agent that can:

- Make and receive phone calls automatically
- Speak with customers in English (and optionally Spanish)
- Answer common questions (pricing, financing, appointments, availability)
- Pull and push data from our DealerCenter CRM
- Record and transcribe conversations
- Notify us when a lead is qualified

This system should use ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Google Dialogflow, and be connected through a VoIP provider like Twilio or similar.

Requirements:
- Experience with Twilio Voice, Asterisk, or similar VoIP APIs
- Knowledge of OpenAI (ChatGPT), Dialogflow, or other AI NLP tools
- Ability to integrate with DealerCenter CRM (or connect via API/Webhooks)
- Ability to build a small admin panel or dashboard to review call logs
- Fluent in English, bonus if system supports Spanish
- Good understanding of how car dealerships operate (preferred)

1. Working voice AI agent (inbound + outbound)
2. Integration with DealerCenter CRM
3. Call transcriptions & conversation history
4. Option to escalate hot leads to a real person
5. Basic user interface to track performance
Budget:
To be discussed based on your experience and proposed solution ($800–$2,000 range depending on features)
