AI-Driven Real Estate Course Production
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m building a comprehensive series of 25+ real-estate “course” modules and need a partner who can take each topic from blank page to polished, AI-enhanced video lesson. Every module must move seamlessly from well-structured curriculum through scriptwriting, screen recording, branded motion graphics, voice-over (AI or human—whichever sounds natural) and final editing, ready for upload to my LMS.
Here’s the workflow I have in mind:
1. Collaboratively outline each course, locking in clear learning objectives and a logical lesson sequence.
2. Draft engaging scripts that turn technical real-estate content into plain-English instruction.
3. Generate or capture visuals—slides, screen demos, diagrams, short b-roll—then assemble them in an AI video platform (e.g., Synthesia, Pika, Descript) or your preferred editor.
4. Add high-quality narration and captions so every video is fully accessible.
5. Deliver finished MP4s plus editable project files and any accompanying PDFs or slide decks.
Although the radio selection registered simply as “course,” I’m leaning toward a broad mix of residential, commercial and investment angles, so flexibility to pivot between niches is essential. The target audience may range from new agents to seasoned professionals; I’ll supply the final persona once the first outline is drafted.
Acceptance criteria for each module
• 5–15 minute video lesson exported at 1080p, <150 MB
• Script and slide deck provided in editable format
• Royalty-free visuals and music, properly credited
• Consistent branding—color palette and lower thirds match the style guide I’ll send
• Turnaround: first draft within 5 days of outline approval, revisions within 48 hours
If you’re comfortable steering AI tools while keeping the human touch that real estate learners expect, let’s start mapping the first batch of lessons.
