AI-Driven Business Process Automation

Responsibilities:
• Design & implement AI-driven automation workflows to streamline business processes.
• Build and configure no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, Airtable, etc.).
• Integrate AI tools and APIs (ChatGPT API, Google AI, computer vision tools, etc.) into client workflows.
• Develop and manage custom automation scripts (Python, JavaScript preferred).
• Work with clients to identify bottlenecks and propose tailored AI automation solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Document processes and provide training/support to clients for smooth adoption.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and suggest innovative solutions.

• Proven experience in AI automation and workflow design.
• Strong skills in Zapier, Make, or similar no-code platforms.
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Google AI, AWS AI tools).
• Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript) for scripting automations.
• Understanding of API integrations and webhooks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with small business clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) automation.
• Background in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools (UiPath, Blue Prism).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau)
