We are looking to design a way to automate the estimating and takeoff for the drywall, framing and ceiling trade.

We want the system to be constantly learning based on every new project we provide to finally get the system to do the full estimate by itself.

The system will need to pull important information from unstructured documents like pdf drawings and spec documents and understand the project's scope.

We want this to be an automated system with limited interaction from the user but learning from the user when an interaction is needed. We want the system to be constantly learning based on user interaction with the software and its own machine learning based on all the different projects we do.

The system should be learning on every new set of drawings and specs we provide for the drywall/framing/ceiling trade.

The system should get to a point where there is less than a couple of % of user interaction.

We want to build it based on (drywall, framing and ceiling) to build the framework of the system. We will then build out the system for other construction trades in stages if economical.

This project will only concentrate on the drywall, framing and ceiling trade for this project.

You will have to sign NDA and IP agreements to work on the project.
