Design AI Digital Human to take live lead information from customers

I'm launching a new lead generation website. I want to have a interactive AI digital human (NOT A BOT), on the site that can TALK to customers and take LIVE LEADS in real time. It can use Chat GPT, or any other sophisticated AI language model you feel is best for achieving our goals. However, I do have a extreme preference for Chat GPT. Example: Customer goes to the site and wants to get a quote on a home improvement project. There will be a AI digital human on the screen that they can click a button to start TALKING TO IT and giving it their information for the quote form. The site will need to get the customers permission to use audio and video for the AI interaction. The AI should be a CONVERSATIONAL AI. It should be able to fill out the quote form in REAL TIME in front of the customer. Example: Customer tells the AI digital human that their name is Paul Smith. The screen will show the quote form, and the name fields will be automatically filled out based on what the customer is telling the AI. The AI should be able to ANSWER QUESTIONS too, based on the data we provide it. Again, this should all be in a conversational manner.
