Deep‑Dive Lead Discovery & Verification (Australian Retail Tenants)
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Objective
Identify decision‑makers we could not find in the initial pass and deliver verified contact details using advanced, manual and ai-based research methods and validation.
⸻
Background
We already have a list of retailers and the shopping centres those stores are from (though many are in multiple locations not provided too). Some decision‑makers could not be found via standard lookups. This brief is for a second‑stage deep dive to surface those missing contacts and verify their details.
⸻
Scope of Work
1 Decision‑Maker Discovery
• Find the most relevant contacts for Development / CFO / CEO / COO / Founder (for SMEs) / General Manager / Retail Manager / Head of Finance
• Prioritise Australia‑based decision‑makers; include global if AU not available. Wherever possible, find 3 decision makers.
3. Advanced Research Sources (Mandatory & allowed)
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator — MANDATORY for discovery and verification.
• Apollo and/or Lusha — MANDATORY for enrichment.
• NeverBounce — MANDATORY for final email verification.
• WHOIS / domain registrant checks when corporate info is sparse.
• ASIC & ABN Lookup
• News / press releases, company websites, centre directories, parent companies, Google dorks, and other OSINT methods where useful.
4. Email Address Generation (when not listed)
• Where possible, use an email permutator with the confirmed domain.
• Enrich via Apollo/Lusha, then validate with NeverBounce.
• Only deliver emails with Valid status; if Catch‑all or Unknown, provide 2 best candidates with confidence notes.
5. Documentation & Traceability
• Provide a source trail for every field (URL or note).
• Record discovery method (e.g., SN → Apollo → NB).
• Flag conflicts/ambiguities and suggest the next resolving step.
⸻
Deliverables
1. Lead Sheet (Google Sheets) with the following columns:
• Retail Brand
• Shopping Centre(s) (if relevant)
• Parent Company / HoldCo (if applicable)
• Website / Domain
• Decision‑Maker Full Name
• Title / Function
• LinkedIn URL
• Work Email
• Email Status (Valid / Catch‑all / Unknown)
• Direct Mobile (if found)
• City / State / Country
• Source URLs / Notes (traceability)
⸻
Quality Bar & Acceptance Criteria
•
• Verification: Emails must pass NeverBounce = Valid (or provide rationale if domain is Catch‑all).
• Relevance Decision makers will generally be Development / CFO / CEO / COO / Founder (for SMEs) / General Manager / Retail Manager / Head of Finance. But use intuition.
• Traceability: Every line must include at least one source link.

• Apollo and/or Lusha (compulsory)
• NeverBounce (compulsory)

• If blockers arise (no entity, no domain, conflicting info), document in the sheet and propose next steps.
⸻
