## **Key Responsibilities**
### **Team Management**
* Lead and manage a team of 2–5 data scientists working on AI training tasks
* Assign tasks based on skill level and project requirements
* Monitor individual and team performance (accuracy, speed, quality scores)
* Provide feedback, coaching, and training to improve output

### **Project Oversight**
* Oversee daily operations across AI task platforms
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and platform guidelines
* Track deadlines and ensure consistent task completion
* Identify high-value projects and prioritize team allocation

### **Quality Control & Optimization**
* Review completed work for accuracy and consistency
* Implement QA processes to reduce errors and improve ratings
* Optimize workflows to increase hourly earnings and efficiency
* Ensure compliance with all platform policies and standards

### **Technical Contribution**
* Assist with complex tasks such as:
* LLM evaluation
* Prompt engineering
* Data labeling and annotation
