Daily AI Email Summary Automation - 29/09/2025 02:39 EDT
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a repeatable cloud flow built in Copilot Studio and Power Automate that, once every 24 hours, sweeps my Outlook 365 inbox, feeds each new message (and any attachments) into Copilot AI Builder, and returns a concise, human-readable summary.
The flow should:
• Pull sender, subject, received time and full body text for every message received during the last day.
• Pass both body and attachments through Copilot AI Builder so the final summary reflects file contents as well.
• Assemble the results into a clean table—one row per email—and email that table to an executive mailbox.
• Optionally drop a copy of each day’s table into a dated folder on OneDrive or SharePoint for historical reference.
Acceptance will be based on:
1. End-to-end execution from scheduled trigger to delivered summary email without manual intervention.
2. Clarity and accuracy of the AI-generated text when compared with the source emails and attachments.
3. A short hand-off guide showing how to adjust the schedule, the target mailbox and the archive location.
The final deliverable is the working flow plus that one-page hand-off guide so I can maintain it going forward.
