About the Project
I am building a YouTube channel for a platform called Have a Seat Universe — a virtual environment where creators and communities can stay, connect, and engage after Zoom calls end.
I am looking for a freelancer who can create a custom avatar-based video system and produce the first set of videos.
This is NOT a one-time video job — the goal is to build a reusable content system I can use long-term.
What I Need
Phase 1: Avatar Creation (Core Requirement)
Create a custom, realistic/non-realistic avatar version of me to be able to interchange
Voice and style should be:
professional
friendly
clear and easy to understand
Avatar must be usable across multiple videos
Phase 2: First 3-5 Videos
You will:
Create 3–8 YouTube videos using the avatar
Add captions and simple visuals from the script I have written.
Phase 3: Reusable System Setup (CRITICAL)
I need a system that lets me continue making videos myself after this project.
You must:
Provide step-by-step instructions
Provide templates/workflows
Ensure I can:
Paste a script
Generate videos
Reuse the same avatars
Able to be used as a podcast avatar.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT – AVATAR OWNERSHIP
I must have full access to the avatar platform
I must be able to reuse the avatar independently
The system must NOT depend on the freelancer after delivery
Content Focus
I will create videos around topics like:
Why students leave after Zoom calls
How to build real engagement in online communities
Have a Seat Universe, what is it and what do we offer?
Common mistakes creators make
What happens after live sessions end
How to create a space people don’t want to leave
What I DO NOT want:
Generic editing-only work
Basic feature walkthroughs
Technical-only explanations
Videos with no clear message or audience
Ideal Freelancer
You:
Have experience with avatar tools (Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, etc.)
Can write simple, engaging scripts
Understand YouTube content (hooks + storytelling)
Can explain your process clearly
Think in systems, not just one-off projects
Tools
You may use your preferred tools, such as:
HeyGen
Synthesia
ElevenLabs
CapCut / Premiere Pro
Deliverables
2 reusable avatar setup
3-8 completed videos
