Procore Estimating Module
Commercial drawing analysis and scope gap identification
Producing 5+ estimates per day (varies by size)
This is an in-office role based in Millbrae, CA. We are open to full-time or structured part-time arrangements for highly efficient candidates.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of building repeatable estimating systems to support multiple active bid opportunities.
Junior Takeoff Specialist (AI-focused)
$25–$35/hour
Strong with plans + Togal
Builds quantities only
Doesn’t finalize pricing strategy
Mid-Level Estimator
$35–$50/hour
Can complete full estimate in Procore
Understands drywall, insulation, ceiling, painting scope
Can produce 3–5 mid-size bids daily
