We've got a networking lab emulator (EVE-NG) and want two practical NetOps use cases built on it. Here’s the flow we're after: We want the expert to 1. understand our two use case scenarios which we shall provide details after the expert shows an interest by bidding. 2. understand how to configure the above lab & our AI platform to make the entire thing work using prompts 3. Record the use cases in a professional video which can be put to youtube 4. Document the step by step approach on how these use cases were implemented/configured in the system and which prompts were used to execute the below use cases. a. AI-Guided Incident Response & MTTR Optimization (Bridging SIEM + ITSM + Network Automation) b. Compliance Drift & Security Posture Enforcement (Bridging Firewalls + Network Configs + ServiceNow Change Policies) Inside the lab you’ll rely on ServiceNow, SolarWinds and Splunk to generate data, surface alerts, and validate results. A solid grounding in NOC expertise & Internet networking is essential so the examples feel realistic; the guide should read as something a NOC expert can reproduce without guesswork.
