Need freelancer to build n8n AI workflow for commercial cleaning lead generation

**Description:**
I need a freelancer to build an automation workflow for my janitorial business. The workflow should help identify newly opened, newly built, or recently occupied commercial buildings and businesses within a selected radius that may need cleaning services.

I do not want to limit this only to doctor offices. I want to target a broader range of commercial opportunities such as offices, retail spaces, medical offices, gyms, dealerships, daycare centers, warehouses, churches, and similar buildings.

The system should:

* gather leads from legal/public sources
* organize them into Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar
* capture business name, address, phone, website, category, and source
* help qualify or score leads
* support recurring weekly updates if possible
