No-Code AI Agent for Customer Support

I'm seeking a freelancer who can help me build a no-code AI agent designed for customer support. This AI will, I imagine, be chatbot style, acting as a human style interface for a removal business. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.

The purpose is to capture client data and then the removal details (house size, each room content etc) as well as to/from details and approximate removal date.

The output will be an inventory total, and a distance, which can generate an approximate quote, and potentially a booking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a no-code AI agent for handling customer inquiries.
- Ensure the AI is capable of analyzing text data efficiently.
- Potentially optimize the AI for handling a range of customer queries, from general inquiries to more specific ones.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with no-code platforms and AI development.
- Familiarity with customer support AI systems.
- Understanding of text data analysis and natural language processing.
