AI Cleaning Service Booking App

I need a simple but fully-functioning booking app for home and office cleaning, built in Bubble, FlutterFlow, or any similar no-/low-code tool that lets us move fast with AI-assisted workflows. The cap for this first build is $100, so the scope must stay lean and focused on the core journey:

• New users sign up with OTP verification
• They pick a date, time, and address; GPS auto-fills their location and shows distance to the nearest cleaner
• In-app chat opens instantly and includes a secure payment request the moment the job is confirmed
• When the work is done, the client rates and reviews the cleaner

On the back end I need a lightweight admin panel where I can approve cleaners, track every booking, release or refund payments, and moderate reviews.

Acceptance criteria
1. All four user flows above run smoothly on both iOS and Android devices via a single responsive build.
2. Admin panel is password-protected and hosted under my Bubble (or equivalent) account.
3. Payment manual inside the chat
4. A short Loom walkthrough plus editable project file is delivered so I can iterate later without extra cost.
