I’m ready to tighten the way my team with well-designed Claude AI agents. Your first mission is to walk through every step of our current flow, spot the waste, and rebuild it so tasks move in a straight, simple line. The end goal is pure efficiency, with a special emphasis on clearer documentation—
You will have direct access to our Monday.com boards and the existing Claude prompts. After a discovery call, I expect you to map the process, define where Claude can shoulder repetitive steps, leverage AI and then create and test the necessary agents. Alongside that, rewrite or create the SOPs so that anyone on the team can follow them without extra hand-holding. Strong written and spoken English is essential because the documentation you leave behind must read cleanly and the prompts must be crystal-clear.
The initial block of work should take roughly 15–25 hours. Once the new flow is live, I’d like to keep you on for 5–10 hours a week to refine prompts, add automations, and adjust the documentation as we grow.

• Fully configured Claude agents integrated into Monday.com
• Concise SOPs and documentation templates in plain English
• Quick reference guide for future updates
