AI-Centered Scalable Content Workflow Design

I run a AI creator social media account and currently manage one AI account that earns around through TikTok, Instagram and X
I want help building a simple, scalable content workflow so I can expand to 10 AI people.
Current workflow:
- I already have core character reference images for each person.
- I use Higgsfield face swap to place those characters onto edited source photos.
- I currently do this manually.
What I need:
- Help designing a lightweight workflow using Google Drive (or similar) to manage production.
- Folder structure for character references, incoming source images, review outputs, and approved content.
- A simple approval flow so I can quickly review batches and move approved images into the correct character folders.
- Optional automation where practical (file naming, sorting, notifications, movement between folders).
- Ideally a system that can later connect with Claude API or similar for prompt generation, captions, or workflow logic.
Important:
- I do not want an over-engineered enterprise system.
- I want something simple, practical, and easy to use weekly.
- I still want human approval before content is considered final.
- My goal is to reduce repetitive admin and scale content production across multiple AI characters.
Deliverable:
A clean, usable workflow that allows me to batch produce content, review quickly, organise approved assets per character, and prepare them for posting on TikTok and Instagram, preferable in app form too. Doesn’t have to be higgsfield face swap, can be done through creating a character too
