Batch 3D Animation Application

I need help applying 3D animation to a set of static PNG images. I have existing animated images and variants of the static images, but I'm looking for a batch processing solution to save time.

Requirements:
- Apply 3D animation (complex animation like telegram gifts) to static images
- Output in Lottie or GIF format
- No manual work (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- Images are homogeneous in resolution and dimension

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in 3D animation
- Familiar with batch processing techniques
- Experience with AI tools or scripting (Python, etc.)
- Ability to deliver high-quality animations efficiently
