AI Automation Lead Generation Specialist

We design and implement custom automation solutions for mid-size companies, with a special focus on the construction industry and other sectors ready to modernize their workflows.

**Role Overview:**
We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to join our small but ambitious team. Your main goal will be to identify, engage, and qualify new business leads for our AI automation solutions. You’ll play a key role in building our sales pipeline and will be rewarded for every deal that closes.

**What You’ll Do:**
- Research and identify potential clients (especially mid-size general and specialty contractors) using LinkedIn, industry publications, and project databases.
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage decision makers.
- Qualify leads and schedule introductory calls or demos for our founder.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
- Earn a commission for every deal you help close!

**Compensation:**
- **Hourly Rate:** Competitive hourly pay (commensurate with experience)
- **Commission:** 10% of the one-time implementation fee for each deal closed
(e.g., for a $3,000 deal, you earn a $300 bonus on top of your hourly pay)

**What We’re Looking For:**
- Experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound prospecting (construction or tech industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills—comfortable with cold outreach and building rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
