Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We're looking for an experienced freelancer or agency who can help us automate and optimize several business workflows using AI tools, browser agents, or custom integrations. The tasks span across sales email automation, social media content management, SEO execution, and supplier research.
Project Scope
1. Sales Email Automation & Integration
Set up Outlook or GSuite shared inbox for multiple team members under one sales email
Build/implement an AI agent or automation that:
Auto-replies to emails with FAQs or quote prompts
Collects details from the sender (product type, quantity, location, timeline)
Assigns to the right team member
Logs into CRM or spreadsheet
2. Social Media Automation
Use AI tools like Canva + scheduling platforms to:
Generate graphics and captions as per brand tone
Post across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Auto-share content to groups or DMs
Suggest content ideas based on industry trends
3. SEO Automation (Onsite + Offsite)
Recommend and help execute tools or processes to:
Audit & fix onsite SEO issues
Generate and publish SEO-rich blog content
Build and manage backlinks
Monitor keyword rankings and competitors
4. Supplier Discovery Automation
Automate product & supplier research on platforms like Alibaba, 1688, Made-in-China
Translate listings from Chinese to English
Extract data like MOQ, price, lead time, supplier ratings
Auto-generate comparison sheets
Negotiate or message sellers via AI agents or automation
