Automate Workflow With AI Flowcharts

Our team already routes work through n8n, yet many steps still happen by hand. I want every workflow clearly mapped in a flow-chart and then fully automated inside n8n, with a first focus on two pain points: pushing real-time status updates and generating scheduled reports. Data-entry and customer-service automations can wait; the immediate goal is tighter workflow management that runs itself.

Here is how I see the engagement unfolding:

• Analyse the current n8n instance, connected tools (PostgreSQL, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets) and the way tasks move today.
• Translate each process into an editable flow-chart (Lucidchart, draw.io, or similar) so non-technical colleagues can follow the logic at a glance.
• Build or refine n8n workflows that post status updates to Slack and email, then compile and distribute weekly PDF or Sheet-based reports.
• Stress-test error handling, retries and logging until the automation can run for seven straight days with <1 % failure.

Deliverables
1. All flow-chart files in their native format and PDF.
2. Import-ready n8n workflow JSON plus environment notes.
3. A concise hand-off guide (one page) and a short Loom walkthrough.

First draft diagrams are needed within five days, and I’m aiming for full automation in roughly two weeks. Access credentials and API keys will be provided once we kick-off.
