Automate SMS Review Requests
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a small AI-driven workflow that automatically sends a single SMS containing only our review link the moment a job is marked “completed” in our system. The trigger is the service-completion confirmation event—no timers or manual pushes.
The scope is straightforward:
• Detect the completion confirmation coming from our platform (API or webhook can be exposed).
• Generate and dispatch an SMS that includes the review link (no customer name or service details in the text for now).
• Log basic send status so I can audit deliveries and retries.
• Package everything so I can adjust the review link or plug in additional text fields later if needed.
Twilio, AWS SNS, or a similar gateway is fine as long as delivery reporting is reliable; feel free to suggest the cleanest option you can implement quickly.
Acceptance criteria
• A demo endpoint that, when hit, flags a job as confirmed and immediately fires the SMS.
• Proof of SMS receipt on a test number.
• Clear README / setup steps so my team can deploy and maintain the flow.
