We run a lean, automation-driven real estate investment company focused on wholesale and creative finance deals. The backend is built using tools like ChatGPT, Airtable, PandaDoc, and Zapier.

We’re looking for someone who can take control of operations, run the systems we’ve built, and keep the pipeline moving smoothly—without needing constant direction.

What You’ll Do

Manage incoming wholesale deal submissions

Update and organize deal data in Airtable

Send JV agreements using PandaDoc templates

Handle DM responses on Instagram using prewritten scripts

Post short-form content using provided video assets

Trigger and maintain backend workflows (Zapier, Airtable, email automations)

Track deal status and keep everything moving toward close

Required Skills

Solid working knowledge of Airtable and Zapier

Able to edit basic HTML or JavaScript for form submissions

Familiar with PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar e-sign tools

Capable of managing Instagram/TikTok content posting

Organized communicator with strong follow-through

Bonus if You Have

Experience with wholesale real estate or creative financing

Proven use of ChatGPT for content, scripts, or automation

Familiarity with tools like Vercel, Trello, Canva, CapCut

Test Task (Required)

You’ll receive a short video, a mock deal submission, and access to our Airtable base.

Your task will be to:

1. Add the deal into Airtable


2. Generate and send a JV agreement via PandaDoc


3. Write a short DM reply using one of our templates
