Role Overview
As our AI-Savvy Visual Content Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually compelling content for social media and digital platforms — with a strong focus on short-form video, branded assets, and AI-generated visuals.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop consistent and elegant visual narratives that reflect our brand values: trust, warmth, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Design branded visual content for social media: reels, carousels, stills, animated clips
- Edit short videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more
- Create assets using AI tools (Veo3, Pika, Runway, etc.)
- Develop and iterate on high-quality prompts for video and image generation
- Help build a scalable visual identity aligned with our tone
- Collaborate on creative concepts and weekly content planning
- Ensure visual consistency, clarity, and alignment with platform-specific needs
You’ll Need To Have
- 3+ years of experience in graphic/multimedia design
- Strong portfolio showing experience with business/brand social content
- High proficiency in design and video tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut, etc.)
- Proven experience working with AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo3, Midjourney)
- Advanced prompt writing skills for image/video generation
- Solid sense of aesthetics: typography, layout, branding
- Great time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (must-have, both spoken and written)
- Interest in digital marketing and content strategy (big plus)
