Logo Redesign for AI Automation Agency (Dark/Light Mode Compatible)

We are looking for a talented designer to renew and modernize the logo for our AI Automation Agency (we are a Startup). We need a fresh, tech-forward look that retains our brand identity but works flawlessly across different backgrounds.
Current Identity: the old logo It consists of a round symbol + letters (text). We want to update this to look sharper and more relevant to the AI/Tech industry.
Colors: We currently use Orange and Blue. You can use the same colors or refined variations of them.
Adaptability: The priority is that the logo must look professional and legible in both Clean/White modes and Dark Mode (SaaS interfaces).
Process: I will provide the old logo file to selected candidates via private chat.
Deliverables: Source File: .AI (Adobe Illustrator Vector) - Mandatory for payment release.
Variations: Light Mode version & Dark Mode version.
