**WHO WE ARE**
Premium Mobile Plant Solutions (PMPS) is a fast-scaling mining labour hire and field service company supporting major clients across mining, civil, and infrastructure sectors.
We are seeking a world-class creative freelancer to help us execute a lead-generation-focused advertising campaign across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
We are launching a full NSW-based recruitment and labour hire advertising campaign. You will:
* Design high-converting Meta ad graphics (3x creatives for labour hire and recruitment)
* Design 3x LinkedIn carousel or post visuals for B2B clients
* Assist with layout and UX for a recruitment landing page (desktop and mobile optimised)
* Format a premium email sequence and brochure visuals
* Maintain brand consistency including colour, logo, and font usage
* Export all deliverables to SharePoint in the correct folder structure
**BONUS SKILLS**
Applicants with the following additional capabilities will be highly regarded:
* Animation of visuals (MP4 or GIF) for Meta or LinkedIn
* Canva or InDesign template development for internal reuse
* Light ad copywriting or formatting of supplied content
* Conversion-optimised design (CTR, mobile-first, and ad compliance)
**TOOLS WE USE**
* SharePoint for file delivery
* Meta Business Manager
* LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Canva or Figma (freelancer’s choice)
* Supplied materials: logo, brand pack, high-resolution photography, and draft copy
