Project overview (short):
Web-first PWA (React/Next) + backend (Node.js) on Azure
Core value: automatically ingest contractor reports from Outlook, parse certificates & reports, link to asset register, generate alerts, and provide a contractor mobile workflow (photo+geotag) with AI-generated descriptions.
Multi-tenant architecture, SSO (Azure AD), GDPR controls, and robust audit logging.
MVP Scope (Phase 1) — please confirm you can deliver:
Tenant & user auth (Azure AD SSO + email + MFA), admin roles
Property & asset register (CRUD)
Outlook integration via Microsoft Graph (webhooks + secure OAuth)
Document ingestion & OCR pipeline (Azure Form Recognizer / Docparser or Nanonets)
Basic LLM tasks (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) for auto descriptions & initial validation
Dashboard (alerts, incoming queue, asset lifecycle)
Contractor PWA: photo upload, geotag, timestamp, AI description
GDPR & consent management, audit logging & data retention controls
PDF/CSV export of reports; editable report section toggles
Devops: CI/CD pipeline and Azure deployment scripts, logging & error tracking
