$1,000 to build a production voice agent — one catch: you're building it on Pods, not Vapi/Retell
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hiring a builder for a real project. Paying $1,000 for a fully autonomous outbound voice agent with branching logic, tool calls into a CRM, retry handling, and analytics. Real client, real timeline, real money.
One requirement: it has to be built on Pods (https://stargate.hellocozmo.ai/signup, invite code: starczmx247), not Vapi, Retell, or a stitched n8n + ElevenLabs + Deepgram setup.
Why the constraint: I've been building on Pods for the last few weeks and the orchestration layer is genuinely cleaner than what I was doing on Vapi. Tool-calling, dialogue state, knowledge base handling — the stuff that usually eats half the build time is mostly handled. I want to work with someone who already knows their way around it rather than teach the platform mid-project.
So the application process is simple:
Sign up with the invite code above. It's free to try.
Spend some time on the platform — poke around, build something small, see how it handles compared to what you're used to.
Send me a note with your honest take. What worked, what felt rough, and whether you'd be comfortable building the paid project on it.
If your feedback shows you actually got hands-on with it, we hop on a call and I scope the paid project with you.
What I'm looking for in your feedback:
You actually built something, not just clicked through the UI
Specific observations about branching logic, tool calls, latency, prompt handling
A real comparison to whatever stack you're on now — what's better, what's worse
Honest signal that you can ship a production agent on it
What you get out of it even if we don't end up working together:
You learn a platform that's worth knowing right now
30 minutes of my time on a call to give feedback on your approach
An honest comparison from someone who's used most of the alternatives
