Project Overview
We are "Doveggs Jewelry," an e-commerce brand specializing in Moissanite and Lab-Grown Diamond jewelry. We are developing an AI Agent system to integrate Gmail, Shopify, and Facebook data, providing marketing suggestions, customer service automation, and task allocation. The system will be deployed on AWS and is planned for future commercialization as a SaaS product for other e-commerce businesses. We are seeking an experienced development engineer to assist in building the MVP.
Responsibilities
Data Integration:
Utilize Gmail API to extract customer email data.
Integrate Shopify API to fetch order, SKU, and customer behavior data.
Configure Meta Graph API to retrieve Facebook group posts and comments (assistance with permission setup required).
AI Feature Development:
Integrate ChatGPT API or similar models in AWS SageMaker to generate marketing suggestions and task breakdowns based on data.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques to analyze customer feedback and sales trends.
AWS Deployment:
Use AWS Lambda for data fetching and analysis tasks.
Set up AWS S3 for data storage and DynamoDB for managing tasks and user data.
Configure AWS Step Functions to automate workflows (e.g., weekly reports).
Collaboration and Output:
Output AI suggestions and task allocations to Notion or Google Sheets.
Provide a prototype web interface (optional, using AWS Amplify).
Testing and Optimization:
Test the system with Doveggs Jewelry data.
Fix bugs and optimize performance and costs (e.g., Lambda efficiency).
Technical Requirements
Essential Skills:
Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, S3, SageMaker, DynamoDB, Step Functions).
Strong experience with Python or JavaScript (minimum 3 years).
Expertise in API integration (Shopify API, Gmail API, Meta Graph API).
Knowledge of AI model integration (e.g., ChatGPT API) or RAG techniques.
Preferred Skills:
E-commerce development experience (e.g., Shopify plugin development).
Experience with Meta API permission applications.
Frontend development skills (React, AWS Amplify).
Qualifications
3-5 years of software development experience with AWS or e-commerce-related project examples.
Ability to independently develop an MVP and provide code and deployment documentation.
Good English communication skills (Chinese is a plus depending on the platform).
Remote work, flexible hours, with preference for candidates in the Asia time zone.
