Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced developer to build, customize, and deploy AI workflows and agents. You'll focus on creating scalable solutions using Zapier and n8n, integrating AI elements (e.g., via OpenAI API) to automate client processes. This includes handling simple automations as well as more complicated, large-scale projects—such as enterprise-level integrations involving multi-system data syncing, advanced AI decision-making agents, real-time analytics dashboards, or complex multi-step workflows with custom error recovery and machine learning components. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement custom AI workflows and agents based on client requirements, ranging from basic automations (e.g., email campaigns, CRM integrations) to advanced, big projects like enterprise-scale systems with real-time data processing, multi-API orchestration, or AI-powered predictive agents.
Use Zapier and n8n to create no-code/low-code automations, including multi-step zaps/flows with conditional logic, error handling, and API connections—scaling up for complex scenarios like handling high-volume data streams or integrating with enterprise tools (e.g., ERP systems).
Integrate third-party tools and APIs (e.g., Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack, OpenAI, or custom databases) to enhance AI capabilities, such as adding natural language processing, machine learning models, or advanced analytics for sophisticated agents.
Collaborate with the lead generator and closer via Slack to understand client needs, refine scopes, and iterate on prototypes—especially for big projects requiring phased deliveries or client feedback loops.
Test workflows thoroughly for reliability, scalability, and edge cases; debug issues and optimize for performance (e.g., reduce API calls to minimize costs, or implement failover mechanisms in large-scale setups).
Deploy solutions to clients, provide handover documentation (e.g., via Google Docs), and offer initial support for setup/troubleshooting—including ongoing monitoring for complex projects.
Track project milestones in Trello or HubSpot, ensuring deliveries meet timelines (typically 1-4 weeks for standard projects; 4-8 weeks for more complicated big ones).

Requirements

Option 1: Full percentage paid after project completion and client payment (within 7 days).
