White-Labeled SAAS Launch Specialist Needed

I am looking for someone to help me launch my GHL SAAS company who is familiar with the following: White-Labeled SaaS Systems

Title: Expert Needed to Manage and Automate White-Labeled SaaS Platforms (GoHighLevel, UPHEX, CloseBot, Synthflow, etc.)

Description: We’re seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Specialist to manage the full tech setup and automation of our white-labeled SaaS platforms. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing systems including:

Platforms:
• GoHighLevel (must be highly proficient in advanced workflows, coding triggers, tagging logic)
• UPHEX (ad setup and social account management)
• CloseBot (chatbot training, scraping, outbound flows)
• ElevenLabs & Synthesia (voice/video AI asset creation)
• Synthflow (voice AI agents)
• WhiteLabelSuite (lead gen automation)

Integrations:
• Stripe (product setup, subscriptions, payment tracking)
• Zapier (custom automations)
• Twilio (SMS/Voice config)
• WhatsApp integrations
• Slack & Discord (for internal task comms or monitoring)

Key Responsibilities:
• Full initial configuration of each platform
• Ongoing optimization & testing of automations
• Integrate systems to reduce manual work
• Use project tools (GHL, Monday.com, or Slack) to track tasks
• Build documentation/SOPs

Requirements:
• Min. 3 years experience in automation/SaaS/CRM
• Excellent English communication
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel, Stripe, Zapier
• Fast learner, highly organized, and self-managed
• Available to work in CAT timezone +/- 2 hrs

• Have design/video skills
• Know API/webhook configuration
• Can create short explainer SOPs for our team
