AI Web Copy-Paste Automation

I spend a large part of each day copying information from one web application to another on my Windows machine, then repeating the same routine updates across multiple tools. I want that monotony gone. Your job is to build an AI-driven automation (or smart script) that handles the web-to-web copy-paste work for me and can later expand to status updates, claim edits and other office chores.

Cost matters, so please rely on free or very low-cost stacks—Python, n8n, AutoHotkey, Zapier Free tier, Make Free tier, browser scripting, or any combination that keeps licensing fees to a minimum while still being dependable.

The solution must:
• Run locally on Windows without complex setup
• Be triggered with a simple hot-key, button, or scheduled interval
• Pull the exact web data fields I specify and paste or enter them where they belong
• Log what it moves so I always have a trace
• Be easy for a non-developer to tweak when page layouts change

Deliverables:
1. A brief discovery session to map the current web copy-paste flow
2. The working automation package (source code / n8n workflow / AHK script, etc.)
3. A concise step-by-step installation & usage guide
4. One revision round after my live test to iron out edge cases

Acceptance: when I can press one shortcut or run one command and watch the agent collect the web data and paste it in the target system without me touching the keyboard.
