Water Treatment Data Dashboard & AI Reporting

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I need a developer (or small team) to build a secure cloud-based dashboard and AI reporting system for my water treatment monitoring business.

Controllers at customer sites already send CSV data every 30 minutes (timestamped readings every 10 seconds).
Parameters differ per site — e.g. pH, conductivity, temperature, ORP, chlorine, corrosion rate — and each customer has unique control limits.

The system needs to:
*Automatically collect and store uploaded CSV data in a database (different parameters per customer).
*Display the data on a private dashboard (each customer logs in to see only their own data).
* Analyse performance daily with AI-generated action reports based on that customer’s control limits.
*Allow me to choose whether to auto-email reports to the customer or save them as editable Word files in my outbox.
*Allow me to train the AI over time (e.g. custom site-specific actions when certain alarms occur).
*Let me add new customers easily — define their parameters, control limits, and email preferences via a simple admin page.

Tech stack (preferred):
• Python or Node.js (for data automation + AI logic)
• PostgreSQL or SQL database
• React / Next.js / Grafana for the web dashboard
• AWS (S3, RDS, SES, Lambda) or similar cloud platform
• OpenAI API integration for AI reporting
• Secure logins (Auth0 / Cognito / OAuth)

Deliverables:
• Fully hosted, branded web dashboard
• Automatic data ingestion from CSVs
• Configurable parameters and limits per customer
• AI report generation (email or Word option)
• Admin panel for adding new customers and settings
• Documentation for ongoing operation

• IoT or sensor dashboards
• AI report automation
• Multi-tenant SaaS systems

Budget: Open to realistic quotes for an MVP (minimum viable product).
