Our team manages multiple YouTube channels across a variety of niches and we’re expanding rapidly and need someone who can consistently produce natural, human-sounding voiceovers that connect with audiences and hold attention.
The tone, pacing, and delivery will evolve with each project, but here’s the general vibe we’re aiming for example

Responsibilities
* Use ElevenLabs (required) or other AI voice tools to create and refine narrations.
* Adjust tone, pacing, and emotion to fit each script’s intent and style.
* Ensure perfect pronunciation, especially for names, locations, and technical terms.
* Export final audio as clean .mp3 or .wav files synced to script timing.
* Maintain consistent voice tone and style across multiple channels.
* Manage quick turnarounds (2–3 hours per project).
* Stay updated on new AI voice and audio automation tools to keep improving quality.
Requirements
* Proven experience using ElevenLabs (required).
* Deep understanding of AI voice cloning, speech synthesis, and tone calibration.
* Ability to create a believable, warm, American middle-aged male voice.
* Strong ear for human pacing, emotion, and vocal dynamics.
* Excellent attention to detail — clarity and name accuracy are non-negotiable.
* Reliable and communicative — able to meet daily deadlines.
* Prior experience producing YouTube-ready voiceovers preferred.
