Key Requirements
Design, develop, and deploy an AI voice calling system suitable for multiple use cases (customer support, reminders, marketing campaigns).
Implement voice customization options (male/female/both).
Ensure multilingual support: English, Spanish, and French.
Build with scalability, reliability, and adoption in mind, ensuring the system can handle high call volumes in real-world production environments.
Ideal Skills & Experience
Proven experience building and deploying AI voice technologies (ASR, TTS, NLP/NLU) into production environments.
Strong expertise in multilingual conversational AI systems with support for English, Spanish, and French.
Ability to design stateful, multi-turn dialogue systems with robust error handling and correction mechanisms.
Familiarity with telephony platforms and communication protocols (e.g., SIP, Twilio, Amazon Connect).
Experience integrating diverse voice options for enhanced user experience.
Background in scaling voice AI systems for enterprise use cases (customer service, finance, healthcare, etc.) preferred.
