Key Requirements:
-AI Voice Bot Development: Utilize OpenAI Whisper and GPT-4,Coqui TTS for TTS
-VICIdial Integration: Seamlessly integrate the AI bots with VICIdial for efficient call management. This will include configuring a dedicated twilio SIP trunk within VICIdial, ensuring all outbound calls are routed and handled smoothly through our own SIP trunk.
-Unified Analytics Dashboard: Develop a web-based portal to monitor bot performance, call statistics, and user interactions in real-time. Customer analytics will include:
1.DNC (Do Not Call): Track numbers on the DNC list to ensure compliance.
2.Dead Calls: Identify calls that failed to connect or were dropped.
3.Bot Performance: Measure the success rate of the AI bots in engaging with users.
4.Live Calls: Track active calls handled by human agents or escalated from the bot.
5.AI Transfer Calls: Monitor instances where the AI bot transfers the call to a live agent.
