AI Voice Assistant for Clinics

Job ID: 40477073

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I run a small clinic and I’m ready to replace the busy phone line with a reliable AI-powered voice assistant. Every incoming call must be answered—no exceptions—so the system needs real-time pickup, natural conversation, and smooth hand-offs when a human is required.

Here is exactly what I need the assistant to handle during the call flow:
• Schedule meetings and appointments directly into our existing calendar.
• Collect any extra information we flag as necessary (symptoms, insurance details, preferred doctor, etc.).
• Offer follow-up calls that confirm attendance, share basic after-care advice, or suggest next steps based on our predefined protocols.
• Answer routine questions patients usually ask (opening hours, location, service prices) with accurate, clinic-specific responses.

Core expectations
– Voice-only channel for now; future text or email add-ons should stay possible but are not part of this milestone.
– No call may go unanswered; if our front desk is busy the AI must automatically take over.
– All data gathered goes straight into our HIPAA-compliant EHR or an export I can import without manual cleanup.
– The schedule it sets must never double-book and must respect the rules I configure (buffer times, doctor availability, holiday blocks).
– I want a simple dashboard where staff can review call transcripts, edit canned responses, and tweak follow-up logic without needing a developer.

Tech notes
I’m open to your preferred stack—Dialogflow, Twilio, Kaldi, custom deep-learning pipelines—so long as call quality is clear and latency is low enough that patients feel they’re talking to a real person.

Deliverables
1. Deployable solution (cloud or on-prem) ready for live clinic traffic.
2. Admin dashboard with role-based access.
3. Documentation and a quick-start video for my reception team.
4. Two-week post-launch support to iron out edge-cases.

If you have experience building voice agents for healthcare or other high-compliance environments, let me know how you’ll tackle the “never miss a call” requirement and keep the dialogue natural.
