I am a dentist in France launching a SaaS service to help dental clinics manage phone calls with an AI assistant.
The system should:
Answer calls in French (speech-to-text + text-to-speech)
Understand patient requests (appointments, emergencies, general info)
Book / cancel / modify appointments in Google Calendar (later Doctolib/Julie)
Redirect urgent calls to the dentist’s mobile
Provide a simple web dashboard with call logs & summaries
Tech Stack (suggested, flexible):
Telephony: Twilio / Plivo / Asterisk
Speech recognition: Whisper / Google STT
Text-to-speech: ElevenLabs / Azure TTS
AI dialogue: GPT / Dialogflow / Rasa
Backend: Node.js or Python (FastAPI, Flask)
Frontend (basic): React / Next.js
Project details:
Goal: Build a working MVP in 6–8 weeks
Budget: €5,000–10,000 (depending on scope & experience)
Must respect GDPR (data protection compliance)
