AI Vineyard Disease Prediction Tool

I'm seeking an AI agent developer to build a smart Vineyard Manager Dashboard for a vineyard in Pokolbin, NSW. The goal is to use live weather data to predict disease risk, recommend spray programs, and send daily alerts.

Key tasks include:
- Scraping or connecting to weather sources (BOM, WillyWeather, Hermitage AWS)
- Building an AI agent to predict vineyard disease risk using past/current/forecast weather
- Recommending spray windows and chemical mixes
- Automating daily email alerts
- Connecting to existing HTML dashboard or providing a simple API

Tech:
- Open to Python, Node.js, LangChain, or n8n
- Experience with agtech, viticulture, or weather data is a big plus

Deliverables:
- Working MVP in 2–3 weeks
- Ongoing improvements after that
