AI Video & Community Automation

We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to build:

1 - Short video automation system
2 - Community content automation system
3 - Partner tracking system

First, a short-form video pipeline dedicated to content creation: the flow should accept a prompt or raw footage, generate scripts or edits with AI, add captions, music, and aspect-ratio variants, then hand back a set of ready-to-publish clips. Example tools: n8n, Make, ChatGPT, etc, so please tell me how you would chain them (or comparable alternatives) with services like OpenAI, Whisper, ffmpeg, etc.

Second, a community automation layer that actively moderates our WhatsApp / WeChat spaces. It needs to generate, post, and watch messages in real time automatically, auto-remove or flag anything off-policy, and learn from feedback so false positives drop over time. Think of it as an always-on AI moderator that keeps the vibe positive without heavy human oversight.

Third, a lightweight partner-tracking dashboard that records sign-ups, referral codes, and basic engagement metrics, sending periodic summaries to Google Sheets, our internal database, or tools (such as Affiliate Marketing Tools).

When you reply, walk me through:
