AI Validation MVP Development

We are building Sisutyo, a new freelancing platform designed to fix one of the biggest issues in the industry: lack of trust between clients and freelancers. Too often, clients don’t know if the work really meets their requirements, freelancers face delays in getting paid, and both sides waste time in disputes.

Our solution is powered by an AI Agent that automatically validates completed tasks. Here’s how it works:
- Client posts a project with clear acceptance criteria.
- Freelancer delivers the work.
- AI Agent instantly checks if the criteria are met (pass/fail + short explanation).
- Client reviews the AI’s output and confirms.
- Payment is released quickly and securely.

We’re at the MVP stage with a small operating fund. Our focus now is on building the first working version, testing with early users, and iterating quickly. To do this, we’re hiring talented freelancers in areas like AI engineering, backend/smart contract development, frontend/product design, DevOps, and marketing/community building.

Job Descriptions
1. AI & Full Stack Engineer (Validation + MVP Build)
We’re looking for a strong generalist who can lead the AI validation and help build the MVP end-to-end.

Responsibilities:
- Research and prototype AI validation models (rule-based + LLM).
- Fine-tune models to check freelance tasks across content, design, and code.
- Build backend logic for task flows and escrow.
- Develop frontend MVP (task posting, submission, dashboards).
- Integrate AI APIs and payment APIs.
- Deploy MVP to cloud hosting.

Requirements:
- React + Node.js (or similar full-stack).
- Experience with LLMs/NLP.
- Previous MVP/startup experience.
- Payment API integration + cloud deployment.

Deliverables:
- Functional MVP with AI validation.
- Escrow + payout logic.
- Documentation of architecture.

2. Backend & Smart Contract Developer (Escrow & Payouts)
We need a developer to build secure escrow backend logic and explore blockchain-based smart contracts for future on-chain payments.

Responsibilities:
- Implement escrow backend with Stripe/PayPal integration.
- Design and deploy escrow smart contracts (Ethereum/Polygon/Base).
- Write contracts that connect to off-chain validation results (via oracles).
- Document backend ↔ contract integration.

Requirements:
- Node.js/Python backend.
- Payment API integration experience.
- Solidity (escrow/payment contracts).
- Strong security-first mindset.

Deliverables:
- Backend escrow service with API docs.
- Testnet smart contract prototype.
- Integration documentation.

3. Product Designer (UX/UI)
We need a designer to craft intuitive flows and a simple interface for clients and freelancers.

Responsibilities:
- Map the full journey from task creation to payout.
- Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Create clean dashboards for both clients and freelancers.
-Build a design system (colors, typography, components).

Requirements:
- Portfolio of SaaS/marketplace design.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Collaboration with devs for accurate implementation.

Deliverables:
- Clickable prototype of MVP.
- Design system + guidelines.
- Final UI assets for dev handoff.

4. Marketing & Community Strategist
We need someone to drive awareness, content, and early user engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Research acquisition channels (Reddit, LinkedIn, Indie Hackers).
- Create marketing content (blogs, landing page copy, social posts).
- Manage early community groups and collect feedback.
- Run small growth experiments and report insights.

Requirements:
- SaaS/marketplace marketing experience.
- Content writing + community management skills.
- Data-driven growth mindset.

Deliverables:
- 90-day growth plan with experiments.
- 10–20 blog posts/month.
- Community engagement + reporting
