Unreal Engine 5 Developer (Mobile & AI Integration)

We are looking for an experienced Unreal Engine 5 developer with a strong background in mobile game development and interactive AI systems.

Location

Indonesia preferred
Pekanbaru is a strong plus
Remote collaboration possible within Indonesia

Required Expertise

Core Engine
• Unreal Engine 5 (production level experience)
• Blueprints and C++
• Performance optimization for mobile devices (Android and iOS)
• Asset streaming, LODs, memory management

Mobile Game Development
• Shipping or near-shipping experience on Android and or iOS
• Mobile input systems and UI UX for touch
• Performance profiling and optimization for mid range devices

AI and Interaction
• Experience integrating conversational or decision based AI systems
• Familiar with NPC dialogue systems, state machines, or behavior trees
• Understanding of how to connect game logic with external services or APIs
• Experience with voice, text, or hybrid interaction systems is a plus

Gameplay Systems
• Modular gameplay architecture
• Save systems and progression logic
• Event driven systems and replayable content design

Nice to Have
• Experience with educational or serious games
• Experience working with non linear or story driven systems
• Familiarity with live updates or content iteration
• Experience collaborating with designers and non technical stakeholders
