Role Overview:
We are seeking an AI Trainer responsible for educating and enabling teams/users to effectively use AI tools, automation platforms, and AI-driven workflows to improve productivity and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Train users on practical applications of AI tools
Educate on AI-driven workflows & automation
Conduct workshops, tutorials, and hands-on sessions
Design structured learning modules & use-case examples
Simplify AI concepts for non-technical audiences
Guide teams on integrating AI into daily processes
Stay updated with emerging AI tools & trends
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of AI tools & use cases
Hands-on experience with automation/workflow tools such as:
n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pabbly, LangChain (basic familiarity), ChatGPT / LLM tools
Familiarity with open-source AI ecosystem
Ability to teach “How to use AI” in practical/business contexts
Excellent communication & training skills
Strong problem-solving & structured thinking
Good to Have:
Prompt engineering knowledge
Experience in creating tutorials/content/courses
Exposure to AI productivity & no-code tools
Prior training/coaching experience
Success Metrics (KPIs):
