This is NOT a basic coding role.
We need someone who can:
* Understand **real business workflows (GT + MT + employee systems)**

* Debug and improve an **already running system**

* Build new features based on business requirements
* Improve frontend UX and backend performance

* Identify and fix bugs across:
* FastAPI backend
* React frontend
* MongoDB queries
* Handle real-world edge cases and workflow inconsistencies
* Improve system reliability and performance

### AI Integration & Enhancement
* Work with:
* OpenAI / Gemini APIs
* Document parsing (PO PDFs, GRN workflows)
* Improve and optimize AI-driven features
* Debug and refine AI-generated outputs

### System Maintenance & Ownership
* Maintain and monitor application performance
* Ensure uptime and smooth functioning
* Handle deployments and version updates
* Improve system structure as it evolves

### Coordination & Communication
* Work directly with business owner (non-technical)

### Basic User Support
