I am looking for an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to debug, fix, and optimize an existing AI-powered application. The core system is already developed, but I am facing issues related to model accuracy, performance, or AI integration that require expert-level attention.
The ideal freelancer has strong hands-on experience with AI/ML models in production environments and is comfortable working across the full stack, from data and model logic to backend APIs and frontend or mobile integration.
This project is focused on bug fixing, optimization, and stabilization, not building from scratch.
Responsibilities:
Analyze the existing AI/ML model and data pipeline
Identify and fix bugs affecting model predictions or behavior
Debug issues related to data preprocessing, feature engineering, or inference
Optimize model accuracy, performance, and response time
Fix backend or API integration issues between AI services and the application
Ensure the system is stable, scalable, and production-ready
Document fixes and provide technical recommendations
