AI Specialist for Microsoft Copilot Project

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an AI Engineer / expert to partner with us in building a practical, high‑impact solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
The core of this project involves
Taking raw, unstructured content (e.g. instruction manuals, policies, long‑form documents)
Designing the most effective structure and format for that content
Enabling users to query and retrieve information naturally through AI
The end goal is simple but powerful: Turn lengthy information into something people can just ask questions of, reducing repeat enquiries and pressure on our Customer Service teams.

Iterative, collaborative problem‑solving
1:1 working sessions via Microsoft Teams
Building together, testing ideas quickly, and improving as we go
We’re looking for someone who
Enjoys partnering with an organisation, not just delivering tasks
Is a clear communicator who shares their thinking as they work
Actively uses AI to solve real‑world problems, not just build demos
This is not a “hand‑off a spec and disappear” engagement. We value curiosity, discussion, and shared ownership of outcomes.
