AI Specialist / Full-Stack AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist / Full-Stack Developer who can help us fix, improve, and complete our current AI system. The goal is to build a reliable, scalable AI product with strong backend architecture, model capabilities, and a modern web experience.
You will work on understanding the existing system, identifying technical issues, improving performance, and helping us move the product toward a production-ready solution.
Responsibilities
- Review and debug the current AI system and improve its overall functionality
- Design and implement AI workflows, model pipelines, and data processing systems
- Develop and optimize AI training and fine-tuning processes
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
- Develop modern web applications and integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products
- Improve system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate on technical decisions and future AI product development
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Python and AI/ML development
- Experience with AI model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar
- Experience building AI pipelines, data processing workflows, and model integrations
- Full-stack web development experience
- Backend: Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.)
- Frontend: React, Next.js, or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
- Understanding of databases, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with LLMs, generative AI, or agent-based AI systems
- Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and AI search systems
- Experience deploying AI applications into production environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take an existing system and improve it from prototype to production level
