Social Impact App Suite Development

I want to launch a full-featured, Instagram-style platform dedicated to social work, delivered simultaneously on Android, iOS, and the web. The experience must feel native on every device, yet share a single, well-documented backend so I can maintain one codebase and one database.

Core concept
Users join as Volunteers through OTP verification, create a profile, share photo/video updates of community activities, and follow one another just as they would on mainstream social media. A separate Event Organizer workspace lets approved partners schedule campaigns, recruit helpers, and post real-time status. I will oversee everything from an Admin dashboard that surfaces AI-driven impact analytics.

Role-specific capabilities
• Volunteer – OTP sign-up / login, create or join events, post stories, track personal impact metrics, and request on-demand AI prediction or report generation.
• Event Organizer – publish and manage events, view volunteer rosters, upload results, and trigger impact updates.
• Admin – approve or suspend users, issue digital badges & printable certificates, and dive into AI-based impact tracking and detailed reports.

Key system features
• Feed, stories, likes, comments, and notification mechanics mirroring Instagram’s usability.
• Volunteer management module with badge/certificate creator (PDF & image export).
• AI layer that ingests event data, predicts potential outreach, and produces shareable visual reports on social impact.
• Scalable backend (Node.js or Django preferred, but I’m open) with REST/GraphQL API.
• Modern tech stack on the client side (Flutter, React Native, or Swift/Kotlin + React for web—whichever ensures performance parity).
• Secure OTP gateway, JWT-based session handling, GDPR-ready data protection.
• CI/CD pipeline to Google Play, App Store, and a cloud host for the web portal.

Deliverables
1. Android APK + iOS IPA as well as Web Application ready for store submission, with source code.
2. Responsive web application deployed to my domain.
3. Admin dashboard and API documentation.
4. AI impact engine, pre-trained and integrated.
5. Post-launch support for initial bug fixes (30 days).

Acceptance criteria
• OTP flow works across all regions I configure.
• Volunteers can publish an event, see real-time engagement numbers, and download their certificate in one click.
• Admin dashboard refreshes analytics in under 10 seconds on a 1,000-event dataset.
• All apps pass store review guidelines.
